Referral Rewards

• With the addition of a new Referral Rewards Start Date, you can now selectively refine your referral lists to include only those referrals made after your Referral Rewards program begun.

• Ever wanted to look a week or 2 ahead and find out the last time this group had a Review or an X-Ray…or to see who has purchased a particular product from you in the past?
• Using the Prospective filter, DataBasics Extreme will search upcoming appointments only - based on a time range that you define. You can then filter this list using all of the main DataBasics filters as per usual.
  

Drop Out Point

• This is perhaps my favourite! The Drop Out Point graph gives both a visual and analytical perspective as to when your patients become “inactive” allowing you to pinpoint any potential flaws in your patient education processes. It works by grouping the number of patients with total visit counts from 1 to 50. Spikes along the graph can indicate potential issues with retention at various stages of care.

Selection and Output Area

• This completely new module of DataBasics Extreme allows you to export your filtered patient lists to the output mode of your choice. Choose from email, labels, excel, envelopes or even mail merge…it doesn’t get any easier than this – I guarantee it!
  
• You can also individually define those patients that should be included on your list (and it will be remembered for subsequent use), select the output type, the template type and hit Action and watch how your data is transformed into a usable medium.
• Now, it gets even better! DataBasics Extreme will even de-duplicate your list…combining like family names to produce just one contact.
